The law of sin and death now operates throughout creation and will continue to do so until the end of time, but the death and resurrection of the Savior introduces a new law: “For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death (Rom 8:2).” Redemption promised is now redemption completed. Through the cross of Christ, the curse is being reversed, one life at a time, until all who will be saved are saved.
