Missions simply means being sent by God into a specific place in order to partner with Him to expand His Kingdom. It can take place across the world, in your community or neighborhood, or even your own family. Parkview supports a variety of local, national, and international mission efforts.


Mission Opportunities 


Jamaica Mission Trip

Parkview supports two partnership churches in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Every year a group provides encouragement and support through a variety of activities which include VBS teaching.

Disaster Relief Team

Parkview provides support  by sending teams with the Florida Baptist Disaster Relief and Recovery Ministries to areas affected by disaster.

"Builders for Christ" Construction Team

This is a group serving in the mission field of church construction. We help churches build their buildings by providing and coordinating volunteer labor. Our building teams consist of volunteers from all walks of life.

Parkview Cold Weather Shelter

Parkview's Cold Weather Shelter opens any time the temperature is forecasted to drop below 35 degrees. Guests are provided with dinner, shower, bed, and breakfast. There are several different teams that mobilize for each opening.

Student Ministry Mission Trip

Our student ministry typically takes a summer mission trip to work alongside different communities. This is a great opportunity for students to see how the Lord is working in different places.
