When we value the world over the kingdom, we forfeit our role as witnesses for Christ. We lose our voice in the culture. If we compromise biblical convictions to accommodate ever-changing cultural norms, what do we invite people to in conversion that differs from what they already experience? We follow Jesus and are conformed to His image so that we might live in such a way that makes the offer of the kingdom more attractive than anything this world has to offer.
