People sometimes wear crosses as jewelry with no thought about their meaning, but the cross is where the almighty God of the universe set aside His commands regarding the sacrifice of animals and grain and He Himself became the sacrifice for sin. Every time we see a cross we should be reminded that through His death, we are offered forgiveness and freedom.
