Godly leadership cannot be developed apart from the influence of the Holy Spirit. Nothing is more demanding in the development of a leader’ character than to stand in humility before the corrective promptings of the Holy Spirit. As believers in Jesus called to advance His kingdom, we must refuse any path that offers a perception of achievement without the real pursuit of true holiness.
