They became the company they kept. As we reflect on the lessons from history and the warnings in Scripture, it is clear that we must remain steadfast in aligning our lives with God’s will. From the Israelites’ struggles with idolatry to the challenges we face today in a culture inundated with false influences, the call to faithfulness has never been more urgent. It is our responsibility as His people to resist the tide of cultural decay and to stand firm in His truth. If we are the company we keep, then let’s make sure we are keeping company with Christ.
