We have all been foolish. At times we have failed to walk in wisdom. The good news for us is that wisdom isn’t a thing to possess; Wisdom is a Person we can trust, and His name is Jesus. He will forgive our failures and enable us to be wise. He is patient, but He warns against complacency because today is the day that He offers salvation.

Reflection
Have you ever encountered a hellfire and brimstone preacher? How did you receive his message? Do you think it is strange that Proverbs presents wisdom this way? Why do you think Solomon chose to personify Wisdom? Solomon warns about the complacency of foolishness. Are there things in your life that should be urgent? How can you begin overcoming complacency towards those things?
