If we are going to be faithful to the Great Commandment, to love and love others, and be obedient to the Great Commission, to take the gospel to the nations, then we need must be willing to live integrated lives. We must live in action what we profess in words. Integrity matters because it is the only way the gospel is shared with credibility. Hypocrisy doesn’t just damage our testimony; it becomes a stumbling block to those who have yet to embrace Christ and become citizens of His kingdom.
