The Bible teaches us that it is appointed for man once to die and then be judged. We will be judged, not by our karma, but by our faith in Christ. The gospel calls to us with a sense of urgency to repent from our sin and embrace the cross of Christ. At the cross, we find justice and mercy, holiness and love. At the cross, we find salvation freely offered.
