The gospel provides for us a guaranteed inheritance from God. We are no longer slaves, but sons which means we enjoy the blessings of an eternal Father, an eternal family, and an eternal home. When we trust Christ for salvation, God takes us into His home as heirs, and nobody is taking us away—nobody. We are sons of God and nothing else matters.
