Over the past several months, Parkview has joined with our community in taking precautions to limit or slow the spread of Covid-19. We have tried to be very meticulous in our planning and in our gatherings in our efforts to create a safe space for our congregation to be able to worship. Unfortunately, nature sometimes gets the better of us, and in our case, we have seen a spike in Covid-19 cases that corresponds with the spikes in our city and across our nation.

We are praying for those who have tested positive and continue to make ourselves available to meet the needs of our families when possible. As a precaution, we are having our worship center professionally disinfected this Saturday afternoon (12/12) in anticipation of worship this Sunday morning (12/13). We are also canceling all life group meetings and NextGen ministries for this Sunday only. Our plan is to resume our normal schedule on Sunday, December 20.

This Sunday (12/13), we will offer our two worship services at 9:30 and 11:00. We will continue to enforce strict social distancing measures and encourage masks while walking in the aisles and standing in the common areas. As always, both services will be streamed online on Facebook Live and YouTube. If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, whether it be sinus issues, allergies, or something more severe, please stay home and worship with us online.

We want to make sure that our families are able to enjoy the company of friends and family members over the holidays, and we believe these actions will help all of us get safely through the holidays and into 2021.
